Brake Resurfacing and Safety
The braking system is your car's most important safety component. In addition to changing pads, we perform cleaning and lubrication of calipers to prevent locking. Disc resurfacing is carried out only if the material thickness allows it, always ensuring an optimal contact surface.
A disc resurfaced below the minimum limit compromises thermal dissipation and braking distance. That is why we measure each piece before deciding whether to resurface or replace it.
Comfort and recovered compression
Suspension and Front End Service
We diagnose suspension noises through bounce tests and visual inspection of bushings and ball joints. Replacing shock absorbers improves not only comfort but also braking distance and wet grip. We work with reinforced components to withstand the demands of irregular roads.
A degraded shock absorber increases the vehicle's stopping time and causes irregular tire wear. On roads with frequent potholes, checking bushings and ball joints should be part of annual maintenance.
Engine Repair and Tuning
We perform deep engine interventions, from cylinder head gasket replacement to complete overhauls. Each engine is treated with extreme cleanliness and torqued according to manufacturer specifications. This service restores original compression and performance to high-mileage vehicles.
Correct torque on cylinder head bolts is not a detail: an improperly tightened bolt can cause coolant leaks or loss of compression within a few thousand kilometers. We respect the tightening torques and the sequence indicated by each manufacturer.

Clutch and Transmission System
We correct problems with slipping, noises when engaging the clutch, or difficulty shifting gears. The clutch kit replacement includes the pressure plate, disc, and release bearing, ensuring a long service life for the system. We also perform manual and automatic transmission oil changes to protect internal gears.
A slipping clutch not only loses efficiency: it overheats the disc and accelerates pressure plate wear. Changing the complete kit, and not just the disc, avoids a second intervention a few months later.
Cooling System and Radiators
Overheating is one of the main causes of serious engine failure on the hills of Quito. We clean radiators, test thermostats, and verify the operation of electric fans. Keeping the cooling system airtight prevents pressure leaks that compromise the integrity of the cylinder head.
Quito's altitude reduces air density and affects the radiator's thermal dissipation. An electric fan that does not turn on in time can raise the engine temperature on sustained uphill sections, a common situation on the roads to the valleys.

Electronics and OBD II Diagnostics

Tuning and Emissions Control
