Appointment and Quote Conditions
Step 01 · Request
Requesting an appointment through the website does not constitute a binding repair contract.
The contact form acts as an initial coordination tool, not as a confirmed service booking.
Step 02 · Inspection
The service contract is formalized only in person at the workshop.
This occurs after the physical inspection of the vehicle and the signing of the work order by the client.
Step 03 · Quote
Quotes provided via the web are referential and subject to change.
The final value is determined after the technical diagnosis at the workshop, which may reveal elements not detectable from a distance.
Section 04
Limitation of Liability
Quito Auto Pro will not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
This includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of computer viruses or connection failures. The continuity of the web service depends on third-party providers and its uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
We recommend keeping a backup of personal data sent in forms and avoiding attaching sensitive information that is not strictly necessary to coordinate a visit to the workshop.
